Membership Application

There has been exponential growth in Stereotactic and Functional Neurosurgery in the past few years. Membership in the WSSFN will ensure your participation and facilitate your contributions to this exciting era of stereotaxis.  Reduced registration fees will be available for members for the 2009 meeting in Toronto. In addition, we have secured on-line access to our journal, Stereotactic and Functional Neurosurgery, at no extra charge for Society members.

To fill out an application and remit payment on-line, please follow this link to the American Association of Neurological Surgeons (AANS) website:

https://www.myaans.org/Default.aspx

You will have to register or log into the AANS website.  You will not be required to join the AANS. Click on “Member Applications” to the left of your screen.  Then click on “Create a New Application”.  A drop-down menu will appear with options to join either the ASSFN or WSSFN. North Americans should choose the ASSFN, while others should join the WSSFN.  All members of the ASSFN are automatically members of the WSSFN.
